Uma Questão de Sobrevivência
Suellen Brum
A Matter of Survival
Sometimes what we want is just to be alone
To avoid someone seeing us cry
There are days when all we want is silence
But deep down, the heart is dying to scream
There are times when we think about giving up
That we've done enough and it's best to quit now
That God turned His back, doesn't care about our suffering
But I learned in the midst of all this
That complaining at these times won't help
That the secret to move God's heart is to worship!
You have to worship
In joy or in pain
In spirit and in truth
When we are in prosperity but also in the storm
When the voice breaks and the heart seems like it will stop
You have to worship
In any situation unconditionally
Because worship is at the core of the believer
It's not just an option, it's more than dependence
It's a matter of survival
