Heaven is near
When night falls and I can't see so well,
When the pain is strong and I think of giving up,
My Lord, it's time to dive into You
And see that what I have is nothing compared to Your love.
When I don't understand what's happening in my heart
And no longer comprehend what it is to love, to give oneself to a brother,
My Lord, it's time to revive, to know that by Your side everything will be done, that in You I need to surrender.
Heaven is near, and all joy will come,
And all hope will be renewed,
In You I will be able to rest.
Heaven is near, and the pain will no longer exist,
And nothing in the world will separate us,
It will have been worth it to give my life.
It will have been worth it, then, to surrender my life, Lord.
