Don Quijote
Susana Cala
Don Quixote
I'm searching in this tale
Like in the stories of old
For a Don Quixote who dares to fight giants
I've sailed the 7 seas
Maybe it was wasted time
I haven't found you and I don't know where you're hiding
And even though in my dreams I've found you so many times
When I wake up, they're just nonsense
Every morning I think of you, you're not there
Because to find you
All it takes is a sign from your side
Without you, my life is like a puzzle missing a piece
And I know it's crazy
I let my guard down and I have no armor
An arrow passes, unintentionally pierces me, and then I fall into your arms
Because if good things in life take time to come
It won't matter if I wait for you a little longer
My heart doesn't trust anyone anymore
Blames you for not arriving
There are a million kisses in the air
No clues, no landing, and no life jacket
But kisses aren't meant for falls
Tell me where you are and I'll do as you ask
If you want, even under the sky
Just say the word
And even though in my dreams I've found you so many times
When I wake up, they're just nonsense
Every morning I think of you, you're not there
Because to find you
All it takes is a sign from your side
Without you, my life is like a puzzle missing a piece
And I know it's crazy
I let my guard down and I have no armor
An arrow passes, unintentionally pierces me, and then I fall into your arms
Because if good things in life take time to come
It won't matter if I face the truth
It won't matter if I wait for you a little longer
