Piel de Cordero
Tako
Sheepskin
Always took the right path
And never let himself be led,
Worked fifteen hours,
A loyal friend to others.
Declared the unutterable,
With the last name of honesty,
With a calling for ecology,
A union pacifist,
An honorary member of the word
Solidarity, giving and giving.
But one day he arrived tired,
Dirty hair and a bad color,
With his pay in his pocket
And doubts he never understood.
He bought a rifle with a warranty
From a TV ad.
He went to the bank, like every Friday,
Good morning, sir.
How much money will you be depositing?
Take care of yourself, you look bad.
A strange gleam in his smile
Made those who thought they knew him tremble.
He shed the sheepskin and said,
I've come to settle
My account with this world.
Thanks for teaching me to hate.
He pulled out the rifle with the tag,
Still not removed,
While smiling kindly at others.
And before he could,
Even take a breath,
Security agents shot him five times.
And no one ever knew,
What could have made him change.
And they baptized a new animal species
With his name;
A hybrid between a sheep,
Shit, wolf, and society.
He shed the sheepskin and said,
I've come to settle
My account with this world.
Thanks for teaching me to hate.
He pulled out the rifle with the tag,
Still not removed,
While smiling kindly at others.
