O Galileu
Tatiana Costa
The Galilean
When I was a kid, mama told me the story
Of the woman who suffered from an incurable disease
They said she was unclean
And no one had compassion for her
She lived like an outcast in solitude
But when she heard about the Galilean man
And the miracles He performed in God's name
She pushed through the crowd
And managed to touch His cloak with her hands
Her faith saved her and a new life began
Sometimes I look inside myself and realize
That there's no difference between me and that woman
For sins have made me untouchable
Impure is my heart
Sometimes I feel like life has no more meaning
My desire is to be in the midst of the crowd
To touch the Galilean's cloak with my own hands
His power goes beyond reason
Can make my heart clean and pure
He was able to give His own life to save me
My desire is to be in the midst of the crowd
To touch the Galilean's cloak with my own hands
His power goes beyond reason
Can make my heart clean and pure
He was able to give His own life to save me
He was able to give His own life to save me
God was able to give His own life to save me.
