December goes, January comes
It's another year that passes
And another year of life
Unravels like smoke
No one knows about tomorrow
The future is God's plan
One more second of life
No money can buy
Our life is a precious jewel
And this rare fortune
God grants us for free

Many people remember God
Only when they fall into disgrace
It's in the twists of fate
Or when death threatens
That the sinner becomes a saint
And embraces religion
With promises and penance
To receive a grace
But this faith lasts a short time
As soon as the trouble is over
They don't even go near a church

Wolf chasing wolf
Lion devouring the prey
This is the feat of man
Who ravages the world's peace
Everything that is said is false
Everything that is done is deceit
Shame has gone out of use
Morality is thrown to the moths
Trickery has entered the scene
And the Earth is now small
For so many blows in the square

Ambition rules the world
Truth is scarce
And the lack of respect
Is degenerating the race
In the dance of falsehood
Our generation fails
The honest one doesn't move forward
No matter how much effort is made
And there's no way out
Today, those who walk straight
Eat the devil's bread
