The bird waits for the sun to rise to sing
The rooster, the dawn to announce a new day
The sentinel waits for a new day to rest
Nature never tires of waiting
Because it knows that what made the covenant will never fail
When I wait on the Creator God
My faith is the comfort
And He comes at the right time to help me

If I can no longer bear the pain of waiting
If my heart can no longer withstand the strength
I will remember the Spirit
That despite the apparent abandonment that left me on the cross
On the third day my wait ends
And from the tomb my God will take me
I will sing a song with my voice
It was worth waiting for the One who will never fail
I can already feel in my spirit
It's time for the cloud to announce
The wait is over
And under the rain of blessings I will celebrate
And God will perform a miracle in me
