Who would've thought that my eyes, one day, would shine again
That me and my dreams could sprout
But, this time, after all that I've been through
The spoken word found faith
Bringing an end to the shame of bitter years
And honor in my arms, carrying what I asked the Lord for

Fertility has come; yes, it's my Samuel
Marking the end of the insult
It's time for double honor
Only God does such a great work
Ears tremble and vibrate
Where the news of the impossible arrives
That he made possible
To reach my hands
Here I am, God; my rock
God who takes and gives life
Enriches and impoverishes
God who exalts; God who humiliates
Man does not prevail by his own strength

Everything is God giving strength
To his king and exalting the power of his anointed
