I go out to buy the ketchup, and that's when I feel good

It's my favorite sauce, a condiment fit for a king
It's so useful, its flavor is so good

Burgers or spaghetti with ketchup, they go so well

On pizza, pasta, or with cookies as the main dish

On a steak, tea or coffee, or cake or in mashed potatoes
Drinking it in the morning will make you very awake

On potatoes, kebab, bacon, or ham
Whether it's cooked, fried, boiled, or steamed

With bread, custard, pheasant, or hawk
And with a little spice, it will make you sweat

Not only is it for accompanying, it hardens when it dries
In your shoes or in your snack

Or if you need to clean your suit
It serves to lubricate, wash your teeth, or scrub

Touching up a painting, reviving fainting people, seasoning a pie
Like a gift at Christmas
Or to pretend your nose is bleeding
