Star Overhead
The Pillows
Star Overhead
On distant days, scattered dreams
Turned into stars overhead
I had lost and looked down
For a long time
The rough days of youth
Chasing after wounds, were pitiful
Yet every time I remember now
I feel a mysterious affection
Time keeps passing by
Just moving towards decadence
How did you look?
Like a phantom
Alone, I carried
Both emergencies and unscathed love
Cruelly entangled
The more I struggled
The sky and the Big Bang we saw together
Were wild and beautiful
Scenes that can't be captured in a photo
We are alive
I spent time in a world
That seemed like a joke
Without laughter
How did I sound?
Like it was nothing
On distant days, scattered dreams
Turned into stars overhead
I had lost and looked down
For a long time
The rough days of youth
Chasing after wounds, were pitiful
Yet every time I remember now
I feel affection
Alone, I carried
Both emergencies and unscathed love
Cruelly entangled
The more I struggled
The sky and the Big Bang we saw together
Were wild and beautiful
Scenes that can't be captured in a photo
We are living
Living in the present
