Plano B

Plan B
Did she really get married?
I bumped into my past
In a supermarket line
I stood still for 3 seconds
Trying to reconnect my mind around the past
And in her hand, a ring on her finger
A form of affection, she calls it a little stone
That comes in the arms of a guy and she received both with kisses
She got married, had a beautiful baby
After we split up, my life didn't change
I didn't have a plan B like hers
She even asked
How I was pretending, I said everything's fine
I was about to take my cart with a liter of cachaça
And two boxes of beer, hers bought from the family side
