La Leyenda Del Holandés Errante
Tierra Santa
The Legend of the Flying Dutchman
I have managed to overcome a thousand storms
Looking for the land I once left behind
Always waiting in the sky
For the star that lights the path that will make me return
And with the wind cross this sea that is so hard to navigate
And breathe again the air of the place where I was born
I lost my course and in exchange for my soul
I stole the greatness that this sea holds
I was condemned to wander aimlessly
Empty and wandering, without a port or home
The whole world is my prison without land to ever set foot on again
Because only death is my hope
And my punishment is eternity
I will give up my last breath
That remains in my life to be able to return
Even if I walk forever in darkness
And my only light fades in my loneliness
I will not leave my memory to fate that may make me forget
My port and my home
Nor will I surrender my courage or my blood, I will fight
Beyond the threshold of the horizon
Where the storm never reaches me
I will seek the land that the sea hides
Because only death is my hope
And my punishment is eternity
If the end has come, my life
I pray to God that before I die
With the last gust of wind
The sea will take me to you
Beyond the threshold of the horizon
Where the storm never reaches me
I will seek the land that the sea hides
Because only death is my hope
And my punishment is eternity
I will reach my freedom even if I fall, and I will fight
For all eternity
