How beautiful when the Sun in the early morning
Tears apart the black mantle of the night
Revealing its scattered light
In a beautiful sunrise that is a display
A display of light and poetry
A concert of Sun in the morning
How beautiful are the nights of my little island
And what a beautiful sunrise of my homeland
Proud I feel a thousand times
And I thank the Lord for allowing me
To have been born in this beautiful land
In this land where my eyes
Saw the light for the first time
