Exist out there in intellectual circles
Ranging from the deepest and most radical atheism
To humanism with social tints

And even today, belief tries to change
And wants man to be the end of its preaching

However, I chose to believe
That there is a plan for salvation
And that there is a God in heaven
Ruling over my life
But who gives me the power even to
Accept Him or not
His kingdom and freedom and love
He waits without forcing the decision
He is straightforward, doesn't confuse the sinner

Human beings today
Only turn to themselves
Seeking to meet essential needs
But without considering that there is a higher life
That could fulfill their most real desires

And there are those who try to rationalize everything
Believing only in what science and culture can see
Trying to explain a miracle through logic
Closing themselves off to spiritual and faith matters

However, I chose to believe
And to wait like this in my Jesus
Philosophers and teachers will never evaluate
What God's love showed on the cross
My God is powerful and real
Only in Him did I find forgiveness
I prefer to depend on His unmatched strength
And I want my heart transformed by Him
