Mi Pasado y Mi Presente

My Past and My Present

I'm going to talk about my past
I'm going to tell you about my life, not everything is as it seems, I have also struggled
I come from humble people and there are many sad moments impossible to forget

Poor old folks worked too hard
Their purpose was to give us a bite
A dose of affection as dessert, maybe we were very poor but very fortunate

I was born in Sinaloa
I'm from a town in Angostura in case anyone has a doubt
It's close to the rosca
Due to twists of fate, shortly after I was born, they brought me to Sonora

The clock's hands mark the hours
Time passes and many things happen
I lost my father and my brother
Sometimes they see me happy but the reality is different

I have a trio of queens
My mother brought me into the world and that's why I love her so much, I don't think there's anyone like her
And to that beautiful lady who became my wife, I will love her until I die

My doll is the prettiest of the trio
I confess she's a mischievous girl
I show off my children wherever I go, my pups know clearly that I'm here for anything

Greetings to all my family
And to my father who's watching me from heaven
How I miss you, my old man!

My mother is there on the ranch
Sorry if I haven't told her how grateful I am for everything she has given me
I have learned to appreciate beautiful things, I am truly proud of my past

Those times I played with my brothers
When we ran happily and barefoot
Are moments that stayed in my mind, even though my luck changed, I started from the bottom

Then I walked the streets
Aboard a patrol car, I said to myself life is tough, but I have to figure it out
One day I met a friend and as soon as he saw me he said, do you want to join in a job

I remember I replied instantly
You say it, I'm ready to tackle it
Since then I have the support of the Lord, I'm with his brother all the way, the buddies already know

Now my life has changed
Today things are different, I don't boast about money but there's enough for tortillas
And to those who passed away, we carry them in our minds, of course they are not forgotten

Greetings to the people who take care of me
The boys always have the gun up
Activated, the team is still number one, nice to meet you, I'm Tunco and I'm stuck to the line
