One day brothers, I found myself questioning God, why me?
Former prisoner, discredited by society that takes into account the

An answer that made me write this testimony,

It was the year of '88 and there was Djalma
Excited in school, a kid but he worked
On Paulista Avenue, Brigadeiro, he was an office boy
He didn't fear the police, rob a bank or the boy
He was pure-hearted without blemish like a hero
But the enemy is dirty and always hits where it hurts
In the family's financial difficulty
In school, friends had snacks in their lunchboxes
He didn't have any, nor could he complain
The sneaky enemy started using
The detail of the difficulty to twist
The character of the boy who tired of suffering
Weakness gave space to the evil spirit
And the office boy, turned into a criminal
I won't even tell you it's not worth it how much he changed
If the wage of sin is death, he stumbled
He was treated like a dog, humiliated to the ground
Condemned by man, locked up in prison
Days passed, months passed, in truth they were years
Behold the good boy was in tears
Looking for an answer that man cannot give
Whoever looks in the wrong place will not find
Already tired, loses faith and with it hope
Only thought about how good childhood was
Playing soccer, flying kites, hide and seek and spinning top
That was all yesterday, today I'm in detention

So that no man ever wants to be in your place

Then saves like Daniel in the lion's den
He is just and faithful just pray and fast

Daniel was a young man who loved God more than anything else in his life, and yet he had enemies, evil men who did not like him
These men wanted to destroy him by any means, trying to blame him for some crime or disobedience to the laws of that time
But as he had an exemplary behavior, they found nothing to condemn him
One day, however, these men, knowing that Daniel always prayed and worshiped God kneeling in his room three times a day, suggested to the king a malicious decree
It was established that for a month no one could thank or ask anything from any God, only from the king. And whoever disobeyed would be thrown into the lion's den
And Daniel knowing that we can only worship God, and that only he can fulfill the desires of our hearts, continued to pray three times a day in his room
Because of this he was arrested and taken before the king, who even though sad because he liked Daniel, ordered the law to be obeyed
Daniel was then thrown into the lion's den
Early the next day, the king went to the place hoping that Daniel's God had saved him, and to his surprise he saw the young man safe and sound
Daniel told the king that God sent an angel to close the lions' mouths so they couldn't attack him
Then the king was filled with joy and made a new law: Now everyone should believe and worship Daniel's God
The living God who saves, performs miracles, and takes care of his own as he took care of him

In the same way it was for God his plan
To rescue Djalma and treat him like a brother
He taught him in Matthew how to pray
He taught in the book of Job how to believe
In Deuteronomy 8 he took him for a walk
He humiliated, let him hunger so that he would kneel
Isaiah 54:17 he showed
That no weapon forged against me has prospered
He also made it root in my heart
