The story that happened in the East
Now I will tell you,
About a gypsy in love
Who suffered from dreaming so much.
With sadness and much anguish,
She couldn't bear it.
And the man the gypsy loved so much,
For her, will never rest.

People said she was beautiful
Like the sun at its awakening
And also a great dancer
With her knife in the dance,
But in the sad ending of this story,
She ended her life.
She plunged a knife into her chest
As she finished dancing.
