O Fazendeiro

In the land of Palestine there was a great farmer
Faithful and God-fearing and had a lot of money, had sheep and camels
And many herds of cattle and had his beautiful children, hundreds of employees
But he was faithful to the Lord, Satan planned everything and set his trap
I will take the peace from this believer at night and also during the day
I will destroy his possessions and also his family

I will leave him with nothing, I will destroy his house, I will take away his joy
Satan touched the cattle stealing all that he had, the sheep
There were many, he killed them all in one day, the camels that Job had, he struck
The raiders quickly stole them, but he remained a believer and faithful to his Lord

With camel or without camel
I know that my God is Alive
And He will come at the right time and will judge for me
It was with nothing that I was born and so I can die
Even if I lose everything because none of it was mine, I owe it to God

Only Job's wife remained, in whom he trusted
The poor woman turned away from God and cursed Him
Leave this God of yours and die, oh man, and what do you have left?
Job said you are foolish, be careful with your words, you only wanted deceit and parties

I know that my God is Alive
