Carved From Stone
Servants of the earth
Of innocence, justice
Protection and balance
Thou - who marcheth through the lands
Travelleth through mountains and through meadows
To record how the land prospereth
Harmony lieth in thine hand
Yonder a shadow of the people
Anxiously crawleth closer to the pure village
With fruitful land up alom
They saw not the giants
Old tales from the former times
Flow forth as the years spread traditions
Commandments engraved in souls by the ages
Inherited by the earth whom rulers venerated
Poured into rock, carved from stone
Leading the strong and the carrying the weak
To harden the Empire
Only purity canst bear the light
A clean soul pleaseth thine heart
The inner man bears witness
Tumult
Threateneth to increase before the approaching tribe
Tolerant
Hear ye the will of the people
No man hath yet escaped the giants
While the land provideth its source
They feasted until night had come
There the place is built
Above it forms a giant's face
Old tales from the former times
Flow forth as the years spread traditions
Commandments engraved in souls by the ages
Inherited by the earth whom rulers venerated
Guarding the folk in the service of the kingdom
Blessed with repentance the vigilance ceased
A child awakened, illuminated by the heavens
Beholdeth outwards how the giant vanishes into the woods
Drift, desire
By growing power driven with
Force, strength
By blood given forth
Heeding
Vision of a higher existence
Yet blind to the unity born in the former tales
A burning tempest bringeth them through days
A quaking earth driveth the lands away
A gust covered in smoke
That surroundeth the land and rouseth the giants
Our time of glory cometh
The time that will soon pass away
Our names will be marked in the ground
Spoiled by what thou hast done
Our fortress stripped of sorrow
Disturbed by the moon's glimmer
Our tribe shall stand forever
Destroyed by a wild hurricane
Heed the call of power
Mist of confusion descendeth in their hearts
The return of history awaits them
Deep in the night
Thunder, the giant march approacheth
Stunned by the child they see standing there
Relief echoeth through the woods of the giants.
That the place of fear keepeth a point of light
If she gazeth deep into heaven
The outline keepeth an ancient secret
