I see a sad scenario, the scene of the calvary
A man suffering!
His blood is draining, quietly following
The man to die!
I see the crowd shouting, others applauding
The scene so cruel!
The cross splattered with blood, approaching
The Son of God!
His silence is like a cry, the Blessed Christ
He complained about nothing!
The cross was my place but for loving me
He surrendered

I have already passed through the calvary and realized how much He loved me
I saw everything I wouldn't bear, Jesus endured for loving me
Calvary, such a sad place! Where my Jesus died
But death did not overcome my Christ!
On the third day, He overcame death

I see a sad scenario, the scene of the calvary
I hear Jesus praying!
Asking the Father to forgive those who hurt Him
And without complaining!
All Jesus wanted was to save thousands
From the cruel world!
His death, His sacrifice
Would give me access to heaven!
I hear Jesus forgiving and there, handing over to the Father
His spirit!
Saying: It is finished! So, I was bought
