Gideão

The enemy army encamped
Gideon with the three hundred by his side
Without sword, shield, or spear in their hands
Only trumpet, torch, pitcher, and anointing
Suddenly a noise can be heard
And the enemy army began to flee
Sound of broken pitchers and trumpets playing
And the glow of lit torches spreading through the air

In battle, God honored Gideon
And delivered the enemy into his hands
The people of Israel did not need to fight
For the battle belonged to the great Jehovah
That's how he does with his servant
Just to show that above all he is God
There is no army that can defeat us
For he holds all power in his hands
As he was with Gideon, so he is with you
