Nada Melhor

Although there is only one Jesus
Not everyone knows how to see Him as He is
Philosopher, poet, or communist
Or even a hippie, it has been said, even

But, Jesus is much more important
When one knows of His great love
And it is necessary today to sing
Jesus, Son of God, the Savior!

I searched all over the world
For the truth and love I dreamed of
I found emptiness around me, nothing better
Nothing better

Seeing life slipping away, so weak, I wonder what to do
Who will bring the solution, the direction? The direction
So much searching and illusion, life dark and senseless
Living in exchange for not being, better to die, better to die
Better to die

I saw the narrow path, I saw the cross
And in my heart, the sky in light
I found my dream, peace at last
Jesus in me! Jesus in me!
