Sweet Daniela

She decides when it's daytime,
she controls the sun
going around painting the whole house
with crayon pieces.
Red on the walls, green on the dark
dining room chair,
and a little bit of light blue
here in my heart.
Yellow dyes the windows
and she doesn't quite understand
how she loses her green leaves
that paradise over there..
Paint me a tree that doesn't age,
paint in my room,
a green tree with fresh leaves
