Glory and praise to the illustrious Vincent, oh my good father and holy protector
You are in the church a shining sun, I will praise you joyfully and fervently
To our God, glory and praise eternally to the God of Saint Vincent
Glory and praise! Glory and love!
For having granted us! Such a beloved protector!
Glory and praise to the one who formed such a soul
And filled it with divine love
Since childhood, a living fire inflames
To Saint Vincent! It is light! It is burning flame!
Glory and praise to great charity
And the fervent ardor of the servant of the Lord
To console poor humanity
In all evil and unhappy toil
Glory and praise, compassionate Vincent
Intercede for us to our savior
And obtain on the decisive day
That He may give us, in heaven, the splendor of glory
