Manifesto (feat. Anamari)
My religion has four points
I make them my philosophy and I make them my action
Live, believe, love, and do
This is also my prayer
Live your philosophy, love your art, believe in your religion
And do your part
But don't use your religion to try to repress others
There are seven billion minds in the world
And wanting everyone to believe the same thing is, at the very least, crazy talk
I respect all who have faith, I respect all who don't
I respect those who believe in God, I respect those who believe in no one
I like those who have faith in the universe, I like those who have faith in themselves
I like those who have faith in verse and I like those who wander aimlessly
A hug to those of science, a hug to those of God
A hug to those of art and a hug to those who are atheists
Axé to those of axé, amen to those of amen
Blessed be to those of magic, and love to those who are good
Religious intolerance is a contradiction in itself
Religion comes from Latin
Religare, which means union
So stop dividing the world between those who will and those who won't go to paradise
Our world is sick in every way
While we waste time fighting over this
Instead of dividing religions between those that are evil and those that are good
How about putting your ideology aside
And helping that man who dies of cold on the street, abandoned and alone
The great masters have already said that we need unity
So why not make respect a religion?
