Dawn
ah, when relief arrives
just wait
morning's on the way
I think I can be honest
there's no cure
no way to lie
this poetry really came in handy
on this chilly dawn
on this moonless night
there's no way to see the stars
and no way to believe
but there's a blue sky
there's love, samba, and the sea
dawn has already broken
you're gonna leave me
I feel that forgiveness
is something you don't deserve
dawn will break across the sky
soon you'll abandon me
forgiveness was much more than
you could ask of me
