El Condor Pasa

The Condor Passes
The condor of the Andes woke up
With the light of a happy dawn
Slowly spread its wings
And descended to the blue river to drink
Behind it, the land was covered
With greenery of love and peace
Behind it, the branch blossomed
And the Sun sprouted in the wheat field, in the wheat field
The condor of the Andes descended
Upon the arrival of a happy dawn
The sky wept at its departure
And poured its gray tears as it left
Behind it, the land was covered
With greenery of love and peace
Behind it, the branch blossomed
And the Sun sprouted in the wheat field, in the wheat field
