Adolescence

Together we promised to dance
My swelling chest lies
Reflecting the sweet-colored hair in the mirror
We take turns pushing each other away

We swayed on the same bed
Our hands touching, connected by a thread

An unfamiliar face is reflected
Whispering voices softly
Grabbing the hammer, slamming it
Shattering the glass door

The poem we wrote together
Embracing the joy of sin
The creaking bones, towards the shore and the princess
The bell tolls the end

The distorted mirror, hands clasped, the length of slipping fingers

From now on, we'll sleep in different beds
You whisper 'goodnight'
Opening the door with a bang
Grasping the hem of the curtain at the sound of wings

Kissing the extended fingers
The impulse to run, the spine slipping away in an instant

Don't turn off the light
The nights I sleep alone
Still hating it, I shout with my right hand
Hitting the pillow

'Ghosts are scary,' you're such a child, my princess
With wet eyes, different words
Seemingly wanting to say something, you gaze

Will the time unknown to mom and dad
Come to an end? A distant dream
The heat reaching my waist through a thin towel
Breaking my glasses

Suppressing the voice
Locking the door
Eyes meeting each other
Searching for answers

Erasing the childish excuses along with the light
If I can't save that hair
I'll tell lies

Stop time for now
Let's embrace each other
I want to synchronize
Each heartbeat we count

The melting hot breath
In the warmth I held onto
I can't move anymore
As if I'm caught in your wave
