In the world today, multitudes die without knowing
The hope that can love
The love that can save
We must proclaim that Christ is the way
Suffering and loneliness, in anguish and confusion
Today humanity groans
Among chains without salvation
It's time to speak that Christ is the truth

How then will they call on the one in whom they have not believed?
And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?
And how can they hear without someone to preach to them
The message of peace, the message of love?

Now is the time to speak
Of the one who can save the lost
Now is the time to announce
The message that frees the captive
Now is the time to sow
His word of love in every heart
Now is the time to announce to the world
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life
Now is the time

God calls us to proclaim his message of love
Faith, hope, and consolation
To every tongue, tribe, and nation
Let's declare to them that Christ is life
And light, forgiveness, salvation, eternal life
How not to speak of the one who has the power
To heal the sick, to save the lost
