Agradecimento

I came here today to talk to God
Not to ask, but to thank
For everything I've been through: Problems, struggles, and pain
And without understanding: Thank you, Lord

In everything I give thanks, in good or bad
Because I know the reward will come in the end
I don't want to forget the blessings you give me
And in all my days, I will always praise you

I know God loves me
I know God sees me
That everything that happens
Works for my good

And even in the midst of suffering
Without often understanding
I can have this certainty
That God will come to help me
