A gesture from yours would erase the hell

I don't know if I'm more myself each time or more someone else
I faint because I don't find myself in my face
Everything is black around and I don't recognize myself
When I go, I want to be fertilizer

The most loyal intuitions come to me slowly
They inhabit depths I don't frequent
Did we eat up the story
That everything is image and there's nothing left inside?

I'm still in the whirlwind of a city without feeling
Fossil in motion, fragile without breath
Docile to suffering, martyr of pavement

I imagine myself being a monkey
My identity goes from refuge to prison
I know my soul is asking for exile or a warm relief
Like cold calmed by a sip of liquor
