the singer of the squares
lonely
murmuring words
lingering within
filled with shame, shame
where are you, in what meadows
the shepherd of the stream
up in the mountain peaks
to the den of memories
where you fled
the broken silence
the song he freed
from all ties
from the limits of the body
feeling truly free
the final echo
the deepest verse
never spoken
