Wind, run free, calm the sky
Like a wild bird that knows its freedom
Turn back the old ways, to the garden
I’m reshaping who I am now
So beautifully

Time alone lifts my awareness higher
I won’t be swayed by the chaotic nonsense around me

The past me binds today’s me
Stuck in yesterday, unable to meet

If you want freedom, sink into solitude
Your thoughts are the key

Free thought sharpens my aesthetic
I won’t lose to the attacks of advice that hinders my evolution

The pleasure of living each day in decay
Eventually eats away at the brain
