The streets were filled
With smoke and noise.
The fight kicked off
Distributing "Justice."
Shattered glass
Under our feet,
Panic everywhere
And the sound of sirens.
The fire ignited at the barricades,
Stones were thrown on the sidelines
And in the wind, it’s a battle cry:
Let’s go to battle!

Oppression doesn’t
Do a damn thing
Against reason.
Instead of laws
And their empty words,
Blind violence
In the real hour.
The answer came from the wind
And now
It’s raging in the streets
Cutting words short:
Let’s go to battle!

As night falls
In the battlefield,
New reinforcements
Showed up.
Run fast
And keep your head down,
If they catch you
They won’t forgive.
The fire at the barricades went out,
The stones lay still
But it endured through it all:
Let’s go to battle!
