The Three Wise Men (The Three Kings)
Three Wise Men arrived here in Bethlehem
from Argentina, as no one knows
And each King has for Jesus
the gift that he may like the most
Gaspar has a beautiful sombrero with him
and Baldassarre a completely blue poncho
Melchior gives to the King of Kings
a guitar that goes “blem blem blem”
Now the Baby Jesus will sleep
with the guitar that goes “blam blam blam”
The big sombrero will shade him
and the warm blue poncho will keep him
The three Wise Men came to Bethlehem
from Argentina, as no one knows
The good Jesus thanked them
and at midnight the sun shone!
But each King has a gift for those
who go to bed and will soon sleep
each one will find it
under the pillow and it will be Christmas!
They have arrived, the Kings were three
Melchior, Gaspar, and the black Balthasar
they will bring preserves and honey
and a white alpaca poncho
Little boys and girls, go to sleep
because Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthasar
will leave all the gifts
to play with tomorrow upon waking
